MLA Announces the Appointment of Deborah Vaughn as Senior Vice President and General Counsel – International at Walmart Inc.

Hanover, MD (October 20^th, 2020) — Major, Lindsey & Africa (MLA), the world’s leading legal search firm, announced the appointment of Deborah Vaughn as senior vice president and general counsel – international at Walmart Inc, the multinational retail corporation. Deborah joins Walmart from Kimberley-Clark where she was vice president and chief legal counsel for their Asia-Pacific operations, based in Singapore. Before Kimberly-Clark, Deborah worked for over 10 years in various legal roles for the Whirlpool Corporation in Italy, the United States and China. Prior to Whirlpool, she worked as an attorney at several private firms, served as a journalist in New Zealand and was an English teacher in Malaysia.
