MLA Places Brenna Lenchak as General Counsel at Euna Solutions

Hanover, MD (September 5^th, 2023) — Major, Lindsey & Africa (MLA), the world’s leading legal search firm, today announced the placement of Brenna Lenchak as general counsel at Euna Solutions, the software company delivering proven, purpose-built solutions that are trusted by 2,000+ public sector agencies across North America. The search was led by Ron Ciardiello, managing director, with assistance from Nancy Reiner, partner, and in MLA’s In-House Counsel Recruiting group in Boston.

As general counsel, Brenna will be responsible for the vision and leadership of the company’s global legal strategy and management of legal risk.  As a member of the leadership team, she will provide guidance on all legal matters to the executive team and board of directors.

Most recently, Brenna held a dual role as vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary with Fidelis Cybersecurity, Inc. and senior vice president, assistant general counsel at Skyview Capital – the private equity owner of Fidelis.  Earlier, she served as associate general counsel, worldwide and manager global export strategy at WG Services, Inc.  She began her in-house career as senior counsel with Inmarsat and in private practice with Kalik Lewin.  

Brenna received her J.D. from The Catholic University of America and her B.A. from American University, both in Washington, D.C.
