MLA Places Luis Vacanti as General Counsel at Analytic Partners

Hanover, MD (November 9, 2022) — Major, Lindsey & Africa (MLA), the world’s leading legal search firm, today announced the placement of Luis Vacanti as general counsel at Partners, a leader in commercial mix analytics for insights-driven brands. The search was conducted by Robert Graff, partner, and Casey Feldman, managing director, both with MLA’s In-House Counsel Recruiting group.

Analytic Partners provides marketing measurement and commercial mix analytics to drive better business outcomes for customers and partners. Analytic Partners’ proprietary algorithms and end-to-end platform enable brands to go from an analytical historical report card to actionable context to proactively forecast, budget, and optimize business plans using a forward-looking, multi-dimensional analysis.

As general counsel, Luis will lead Analytic Partners’ legal operations and advise the executive team on all matters related to the business, including data, IP and cross-border matters, as Analytic Partners continues to help its customers make the best, data-driven marketing decisions to see improved ROI. Luis joins Analytic Partners after spending the last year as deputy general counsel with Wizeline, Inc., a global technology services provider that builds the best products and platforms at scale, where he advised on all legal, compliance, and people operations matters. Before Wizeline, he spent five years as vice president of business and legal affairs and assistant secretary for WarnerMedia and several years as a director of business and legal affairs for DLA, Inc. (América Móvil subsidiary). Before moving in-house, he was a corporate associate with both Avila, Rodriguez, Hernandez, Mena & Ferri LLP and White & Case LLP. Luis earned his J.D. from American University, Washington College of Law and his B.S. from Florida International University.
