Places Sarah She as Head of Legal, APAC for BISSELL Inc.

Hanover, MD (October 5th, 2021) — Major, Lindsey & Africa (MLA), the world’s leading legal search firm, announced the placement of Sarah She as head of legal, APAC at BISSELL Inc., the 140-year-old family-owned home, floor and pet care consumer products corporation. The search was led by Jack McDouall of Allegis-BN, MLA’s China affiliate.  

Based in the firm’s Shanghai office, Sarah will be providing legal advice and support to business leaders in the China and APAC region on a broad range of commercial matters, especially in the areas of marketing, commercial contracts and sales, supply chain, compliance and IP issues.

Most recently, Sarah was senior group corporate counsel with Kering China, where she handled a broad legal portfolio for the firm’s 12 luxury brands in both mainland China and Taiwan. Earlier roles include senior legal counsel roles at BP (China) and DKSH China.

A qualified PRC lawyer, Sarah holds an LLB from the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing.
