MLA Welcomes Lisa Owens to its London Consulting Team

Hanover, MD (March 1, 2019) — Major, Lindsey & Africa (MLA), the world's leading legal search firm, today announced that Lisa Owens has joined the firm’s In-House Counsel Recruiting team in London. Lisa will focus on recruiting general counsel, chief compliance officers and other regional and senior in-house counsel, working with international corporates, investment funds and financial institutions in the UK and mainland Europe.

For more than 20 years, Lisa has been recruiting legal talent across EMEA and Asia Pacific. She has successfully completed recruitment projects in the UK, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Netherlands, Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Malaysia for leading brands across a number of diverse sectors. Lisa joined Major, Lindsey & Africa from Adamson & Partners, where she specialized in cross–border moves for IP counsel and other senior lawyers and compliance professionals. She successfully contributed to the growth of the European in-house search business and her recent experience includes placing global and regional general counsel, heads of compliance and data privacy.
