Former General Counsel Angus Dodwell Joins MLA’s In-House Counsel Group in London

London, UK (March 14, 2022) — Major, Lindsey & Africa (MLA), the world’s leading legal search and advisory firm, today announced that Angus Dodwell has joined as a Managing Director in the In-House Counsel group, based in the firm’s London office.

A qualified solicitor, Angus has over 20 years’ experience gained in both private practice and in-house roles, including as general counsel and company secretary with Accsys Technologies PLC, a cross-listed London Stock Exchange and Euronext Amsterdam business. A member of the executive committee and director of two JV companies, he led all legal, governance and regulatory affairs across the Accsys Group for over 10 years.

He has also subsequently acted as a consultant general counsel to a portfolio of SME clients. Angus began his legal career in roles with Ashurst LLP and Forsters LLP.

Angus graduated with a BSc in Politics from Bristol University before passing the Common Professional Examination and Legal Practice Course from The College of Law.
