MLA Works to Consolidate Legal Spend for Global Pharmaceutical Client

Hanover, MD – June 24, 2019 –Major, Lindsey & Africa is pleased to announce MLA Transform Advisory Services, which began operations in early 2018, has been engaged by Teva Pharmaceuticals to conduct a Smarter Law consulting project designed to maximize their legal department’s effectiveness and efficiencies using the award-winning Smarter Law process developed by Trevor Faure, CEO of Smarter Law Solutions and a consultant to MLA Transform.

Working with Teva’s Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer David Stark and Teva’s Senior Vice President for Global Procurement Thomas Donatelli, Major, Lindsey & Africa is providing guidance on how to consolidate and reduce external legal spend and developing solutions to drive efficiencies with a focus on delivering maximum quality legal impact at the most advantageous cost possible.
