Before coming to Major, Lindsey & Africa, Tisa was the lead engagement manager, United States for ElevateFlex. In this role, she led a team of engagement managers who devoted her time to clients’ in-house and law firm hiring needs, managed candidate engagements and redeployed talent upon completion of their contracts. Prior to that, she was a talent manager for ElevateFlex, where she recruited legal and executive-level professionals to work for AmLaw 100 and Fortune 100 customers as part of their flexible lawyering platform.
Tisa first entered the legal industry as a bankruptcy paralegal where she assisted with the preparation of bankruptcy petitions and educated clients about on the bankruptcy process.
