MLA Places Senior Legal Counsel with Air Liquide Arabia

London, UK (May 23, 2023) — Major, Lindsey & Africa (MLA), the world’s leading legal search firm, announced the placement of Shireen Abdeladi as senior legal counsel with Air Liquide Arabia, the world leader in gases, technologies and services for industry and health. The search was executed by MLA's In-House Counsel teams in Delhi and Hong Kong, with Naveen Tuli and Pooja Mahbubani leading.

Operating from Al-Khobar KSA, Shireen will be a key member of Air Liquide’s Middle East & India Cluster, which oversees business in the region comprising of GCC countries, Egypt and India. As in-house counsel, she will manage legal and regulatory affairs primarily in Saudi Arabia.

She joins Air Liquide from Veolia Middle East, where she managed legal and contract matters for KSA, Kuwait and Bahrain.  Prior to this, she worked as a contract manager with Arkad Engineering & Construction Company in Saudi. She began her legal career as a trainee lawyer with Rajai K W Dajani & Associates Law Office in Jordan. Shireen earned her LLB from City University of London and her LLM from The University of Law.
