Hanover, MD (April 9, 2020) — Major, Lindsey & Africa (MLA), the world’s leading legal search firm, announced today the move of long-time Silicon Valley lawyer Roger Royse, along with seven of his colleagues, to the Palo Alto office of Haynes and Boone. Richard Hsu and Keith Wetmore, managing directors in Major, Lindsey & Africa’s Partner Practice Group, facilitated the deal.
Roger Royse and Royse Law Firm, PC are advisors to venture funds, mid-market companies and technology start-ups. Roger and his colleagues have a range of expertise, including tax, IP and finance.
