MLA's Interim Legal Talent Expands in Atlanta with Addition of Thomas Burke

Hanover, MD (January 23, 2023) — Major, Lindsey & Africa (MLA), the world's leading legal search firm, recently announced that Thomas Burke has joined the firm as a managing director of candidate development with MLA Interim Legal Talent, based in Atlanta. Thom identifies highly qualified consulting attorneys for short-term, project-based legal opportunities with a wide variety of clients across numerous industries.

Before joining MLA, Thom served as Director of HR Consulting & Talent Search for BurkeHR Partners, LLC. In this role, he staffed and managed professional talent for high-growth corporate clients, including in-house counsel, HR and compliance roles. Before that, Thom was SVP of HR for the Adecco Group’s specialty staffing and consulting services division, where he led both HR and talent acquisition for North America. He also worked for Deloitte Consulting, LP as their Director of HR and Talent Acquisition, supporting Deloitte’s global technology services practice of more than 2,500 technology consulting practitioners within 10 global delivery centers.
