Whitney Norris Joins Major, Lindsey & Africa's Hire an Esquire to Expand Technology-Based Recruiting Offerings

Hanover, MD (AUGUST 07, 2023) — Major, Lindsey & Africa (MLA), the world's leading legal search firm, recently announced that Whitney Norris has joined MLA’s Hire an Esquire as a managing director of client development. Whitney works closely with small legal departments and solo and mid-sized law firms to provide talent solutions to address skill gaps, headcount shortage or other workload challenges.

”Whitney is an experienced sales professional who began her career in the food service industry before transitioning into recruiting. As a staffing manager with Randstad, she drove new client acquisition and territory expansion in the greater Philadelphia area and worked closely with a team of six recruiters. Most recently, Whitney was the Manager of Practice Success for Kleer, a cloud-based membership plan management software, where she was responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of the company’s growth and retention strategy nationally.
