Ronald Sally Joins MLA's Partner Practice Group in Denver

Hanover, MD (OCTOBER 4, 2023) — Major, Lindsey & Africa (MLA), the world's leading legal search firm, recently announced that Ronald Sally has joined the firm as a managing director within its Partner Practice Group. Ronald works with law firms and partners to join their practices to help both sides achieve their individual and organizational goals.

In addition to an executive leadership role with a boutique legal executive search firm, Ronald has held senior executive and in-house counsel positions with JLL, CAA ICON, Denver Nuggets (NBA), Colorado Avalanche (NHL) and the Colorado Crush of the Arena Football League. He began his legal career as a civil litigator with the law firms of Reed & Smith in Los Angeles and Haight, Brown and Bonesteel in Santa Monica, California. Ronald earned his JD from the UCLA School of Law and earned Dean’s List Honors while obtaining his bachelor’s degree in political science from Duke University.
