According to the 2021 Millennial Survey from Major, Lindsey & Africa and Above the Law, dissatisfaction with work-life balance is the top reason that millennial attorneys might start looking for a new opportunity. The survey also found that Millennials are no longer interested in staying with their current firm for the long haul; instead, 30 percent are planning to stay no more than 3-5 years.
