General counsel and law departments often are under pressure to be “innovative”. What does that even mean?
In this third webinar in our APAC GC series, we discussed the concept of “legal innovation”. More specifically: how failing to clearly define innovation hinders the adoption of key changes in the legal profession and industry. In addition, we will discuss some conceptual tools to help in-house departments make better decisions in where they invest time and scare resources to create strategic value.
