CASE STUDY
With the general counsel leaving the organization for a new opportunity, our client needed interim support to manage the transition while a search for a permanent general counsel began. Our client needed an experience Dutch-qualified lawyer who could navigate the ebbs and flow of an internationally operating, private equity-owned group of companies.
The outgoing GC had worked with Major, Lindsey & Africa’s Interim Legal team in Amsterdam previously. Knowing the organization needed immediate support, the GC reached out and introduced us to the management team and HR director. After an in-depth conversation to explore the skills needed and profile desired for this role, we presented a selection of four candidates within 24 hours. All four candidates, who all had worked with us in previous interim roles, were invited for interviews on Friday and the chosen candidates began the following Tuesday.
