Jennifer Miller’s interest in law began at a young age, influenced by her father, an in-house tax attorney, and her mother, an accountant. Her early legal career included practicing intellectual property and trademark law, but her fascination with tech transactions and internet law eventually steered her in a new direction. In this episode of GCs in the House, Jennifer sits down with Lina Guo to discuss how she made the move in-house, the lessons that she has learned as a seasoned General Counsel, and what she now looks for when she is making a legal hire.
